Riverbend Dental Society (demo) ("we") respects your privacy. This notice describes what personal information we collect through this website and member hub, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our website runs on the OrgHQ platform, which processes this information on our behalf and describes its own practices at orghq.org/privacy.

What we collect

The information you give us when you join, register for an event, fill out a form or survey, or contact us — typically your name, email address, and details like your organization, credentials, phone, and address. Card details for payments go directly to our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To run the organization: processing your membership and registrations, sending the email you'd expect (confirmations, receipts, reminders), and sending announcements and newsletters — every one of which includes an unsubscribe link that is honored automatically.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is processed by the service providers that run this site on our behalf — the OrgHQ platform (hosting, database, email delivery) and, where we use them, Stripe for payments and Zoom for online events — each only to provide their service to us.

What is public

Content we publish on this site (events, news, pages) is public. We do not publish a member directory.

Your choices and rights

You can update much of your own record in the member hub, and unsubscribe from non-essential email with one click. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — reach us via our contact page and we'll respond promptly (within any deadline your state's privacy law sets).

Retention and security

We keep your information while you have a relationship with us and as legal and accounting obligations require. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and our records are kept in the OrgHQ platform's isolated, access-controlled storage.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this notice.
